Can I buy tickets on the day ?
Yes If not sold out, limited tickets available at the Kiosk at the round-about on Camp Street
I bought a ticket online, do I need to print it out and bring it on the day?
Yes, please present your tickets on entry to your booked events.
ID is needed if you have forgot your tickets. We can manually check you in under your name
provided at the time of booking.
Where can I park?
Parking available close to venue and may be managed by SES or CFA.
Should they ask for a donation please support these community groups.
Is there disabled parking?
Yes, as sign posted.
Can I visit the market without a ticket to the festival?
Yes, the events in the Main Street are all ticket free and also the Rotary Market is in the nearby Queen
Victoria Park with entry by gold coin donation to support Rotary Club projects
Do I have to bring my own chair/cushion?
Not for ticketed events but you should for 'free' events.
Cushions are provided in the Tattoo arena but feel feel to bring your own
for extra comfort
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Ticketed events will have light refreshments available NO BYO food.
Free events you can bring your food but there will
be ample food available at the Market and commercial venues throughout the festival
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available strictly 1 month before event
Is this an over 18 event?
It is open to all ages and is a Child Safe Event
Can I bring my dog?
No.
May I bring a camera and audio recorder?
Yes.
Can I leave the festival and come back in
Yes.
Are there ATMs on the grounds?
No but CBA, WAW and Bendigo Bank ATM’s are available in town.
Is it outdoors?
Mostly, but there is a wet weather venue for the Highland Dancing and
some music events. The other events will remain outdoors.
Can I get a refund if it rains?
The event will go ahead rail hail or shine. There are no refunds.
Is there a smoking area?
There is No Smoking at all indoor events and designated food areas.
Smoking is permitted outside of the Gaol area.
